Terms & Conditions

1. I acknowledge my credit card will be charged each month on the anniversary date. Email receipts will be provided.
2. I can cancel my subscription at any time. I can continue to use the remainder of my subscription until the end of the term, at which time my subscription will not be renewed.
3. I acknowledge that my subscription is only valid for one vehicle. Violation will result in cancellation.
4. No credit or refund will be given for partial use in a month.
5. I may upgrade or downgrade my subscription at any time.
6. I acknowledge that this subscription is only valid at the location(s) indicated by the subscription description.
7. The operator reserves the right to cancel, amend or change the subscription from time to time as it deems necessary.
8. Offer is valid during business hours and may not be available due to hour changes, weather, maintenance or breakdowns.
9. I acknowledge that Halo is not responsible for any damage to my vehicle unless caused by an equipment malfunction.
10. I acknowledge that I will receive better wash results by removing my hitch.
11. I agree to fold in my extended/tow mirrors prior to entering the wash.
12. I agree to remove any loose items from my open pick up bed.
13. I agree to remove any excess snow and ice from my vehicle prior to entering the wash.
